Hastings Sunrise
Located on the Northeastern corner of Vancouver, Sunrise is one of the city's oldest neighborhoods. It is primarily a residential area populated with single and multi-family detached dwellings with a dense strip of commercial and retail units along Hastings Street. More recently the area has been home to an influx of young professionals, artists and Easterly settlers creating a very distrint cultural influence. With views to Burrard Inlet and substantial schools and parkland, the area has been very attractive to growing families. Many heritage homes still retain their glory in the area and the quiet tree-lined streets have a very charming community feel.
