What's the Scoop for This Week?
Long before I ever started working with The Ruth & David Group, I was friends with Ruth and David. I've been selling real estate in East Vancouver for 10 years with the competition and we all know Ruth and David have been the heavy hitters during this time. So why am I blogging about this? I can't stress enough how important it is that you work with an agent that's reputable and knows the product but also knows the other agents in the area. Having someone on your side is key in this fast moving market. It's nice to get a courtesy call or message when a hot listing is about to hit the market. You need to be in the know. The Ruth & David Group were always keeping me in the loop and would give me a heads up if they thought something would work for my clients. Your realtor's relationships can benefit you.
So, what's the scoop for this week? We've sold 3 of our listings from this past weekend and we just listed a sweet 2BR on Salsbury, steps off of the Drive. As the team mom, I've decided to bake cookies for the open house this Thursday from 6-7pm, my last batch were a hit.
